It offers different types of plans (25-45$ range per month) that can be used in order to track calls, record calls, report on customer interaction, and more. They do offer a FREE ‘Sprout’ service, but it doesn’t include any call-recording functions — those start at the ‘Blossom’ rate.
Zoho desk, much like Fresh Caller, is a Freemium program that was designed to be used for call centers. It provides a pretty dependable call center system that will allow you to monitor emails, chats, social media, and, of course, phone calls. Unfortunately, much like with Fresh Caller, the call monitoring function is available only at the premium stage (which is at the $12 monthly rate per agent.) So, if that’s what all that you’re looking for, then this isn’t going to be the best option for you.
Five9 is the most premium of the call monitoring tools on this quick list of ours. Which, you’d think, would have earned it the highest spot. And yet, because of the product’s pricing… it fell a little short. Now, there’s no denying that Five9 is a great product (there are many companies who have chosen Five9 for their own business),but if you’re looking for something budget-friendly, then this definitely isn’t it.
Alright, so we went over quite a few ‘call monitoring’ tools (in the traditional-sense) just now, but you may have noticed… all of them had been pretty business-oriented. They’re probably not what you’re looking for if what you need is a way of monitoring someone else’s cell phone (not yours.) But, don’t fear! We have a recommendation for you.
