Is it necessary to create an account before purchase?
Yes. It is necessary. You have to create an account to monitor the target phone.
What payment methods are available on your website?

Is my credit card information safe on your website?

I have renewed my order but it still shows expired, why?

Do I need to root the target Android device first?
No, there is no need to root the target device before using this phone monitoring app.
Can I install Aispyer for Android remotely?
No, you can't. I'm afraid that you need to have one-time physical access to the target device to install the Android monitoring app.
Do I need physical access to the target iOS device?
You'll need to hold the target iPhone/iPad device and connect it to a computer with Aispyer for iOS app installed at the first time. Once the iOS device is connected to the computer, you’ll not need physical access to it anymore.
Can I monitor different iOS devices simultaneously?
Yes, you can. There are some different plans of Aispyer for iOS for you to choose. If you want to monitor different iOS devices simultaneously, please select a suitable plan for yourself.
How does Aispyer for iOS work?
Aispyer for iOS can help you to track data on target iPhon/iPad. If the target iPhone has a previous backup record on the computer, the software will recognize and provide you with the backup files that already exist. If the iPhone has not been connected to the computer before, you need to connect it to the computer at the first time and open iTunes to back up it. Then the software will help automatically display the data.

I forgot the login password, what can I do?
If you don't remember the password of your account, click ‘Forgot Password' in the login page and you'll receive a link to reset your password on your registered email address. (If you don't see the email in the inbox in several minutes, please check the spam mailbox and other mailbox as well.)
Can I log in after my account expires?
Yes, you can. But you can't use the product.
Can I use multiple products on the same account?
Yes, you can. Just purchase the according license to use products you need.
I want to delete my Aispyer account, what should I do?
Sorry, it’s not available to delete Aispyer account for now.
Can I change my login email?
No, you can't. If you want to transfer your license to another account, please contact our support team.


Aispyer IS DESIGNED FOR LEGAL USE ONLY. It is a smartphone and tablet monitoring software that shall be used only with the aim of parental control of their children, by employers to monitor the devices which belong to them and on which the employee’s work, on a device which is of your ownership, and by you with a consent of a device owner.

Aispyer cannot be held responsible if a user chooses to monitor a device the user does not have the right to monitor; nor can Aispyer provide legal advice regarding the use of the software.
